This is an urgent reminder that the Kariong Seagulls are holding their Gala day next Sunday, 10^th July and we would very much like to send a team to compete.

The venue is the sports ground in the old Kariong Detention Centre grounds and the event starts at 11am. Goffo is arranging a minibus to take us so that we can enjoy the hospitality after the matches at a BBQ and beer session. Some 7 teams are playing and it should be a very good day and a warm-up for our own Gala Day to be held on 7^th August.

So, please all you keen players ensure you can meet us on the bus from Avoca or make your way independently, so we can put on a good show for Kariong.

The club now has sponsored kit for all players but to play you must be current with your club fees which covers the obligatory insurance. Those who have not yet paid, bring your money with you, (only $40 - $10 to ARU and $30 Insurance) and if you are already a member of the rugby club the $10 is paid.

Your club officials are in the process of giving the club a ‘facelift’ to improve our presence, communications etc. with a PO Box number, a club email address and a web page. More information on this soon but in the mean time please reply to this email if you are coming to the Kariong match
